Pricing Details

We’ve been in this business for a long time and know that pricing information isn’t always transparent — that’s why we’re doing things differently! We bundle our trip charge and diagnostic fee together into a flat fee of $59.95. If you decide to have us repair your appliance, we will WAIVE the service fee completely.

All of our technicians carry an industry-standard pricing guide for the most common appliance repairs. This guide is used to determine repair estimates.

We do NOT charge higher prices for weekend or evening service!

Pricing Exceptions

We offer Emergency and Holiday service for an additional $50. We define emergency service as service that is scheduled outside our ordinary business operating hours. Our ordinary operating hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Saturday. Our business does not operate on Sundays and so any appointments scheduled for Sunday we classify as emergency service. Holidays include Christmas Eve / Day, New Year’s Eve / Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

For commercial locations, our service fee is $89.95.

If there is limited parking availability at your location, please inform us ahead of time to assist our technicians. We cover all parking fees that are $10 or under.

For the vast majority of our customers, the service fee is only $59.95.
